SHIPPING AND SHOPPING POLICY
1. PROCESSING TIME
All orders are processed within 3 - 7 business days after payment is received. The processing time for some customised pieces may take longer and you will be notified in such cases.
All readily available pieces are processed within 24 hours after you order.

2. DELIVERY / SHIPPING TIME
Sookienova ships both locally (Ghana) and internationally. Shipping durations may vary depending on your location. We also allow for pickups.
Local shipping: 1-3 business days (via local courier services)
International shipping: 4 - 15 business days via DHL or FedEx
• Local shipping rates are determined by the courier services. (You will be contacted for confirmation first). International shipping rates are determined based on your location and weight of order.
• International customers are responsible for any customs or import duties that may apply.

3. DELAYS
We do our best at Sookienova to meet order deadlines. Sookienova is not liable for any delays caused by delivery services, custom clearance and, natural events.
4. RETURN AND EXCHANGE POLICY
Every piece that we make at Sookienova is carefully handled with love and care. If for any reason you are not fully satisfied with your order, please review the policy below carefully.
• Returns are only applicable to non-customised items if the item is received damaged.
• Items are only eligible for return within 2 days of delivery and must be; unwashed, unworn, free of scent or any additional damage. (If only it's any fault of ours).
• We will not accept returns for reasons such as size, color, or change of mind.
• We only offer exchanges in the case of a damaged or incorrect order.
• If you received a damaged or defected item, kindly notify us within 48 hours of receiving your order. We'll gladly send you the correct item at no extra cost.
5. REFUNDS
• Refunds are only applicable to non-customised items that have been received damaged.
• We reserve all rights to reject any return that does not meet the above conditions.
• You will be credited once the item has been received and inspected.
